So it seems I'm saying "goodbye" to crueltemptazn and "hello" to ruelgalinato (which incidentally has been my true name for nearly 21 years now). I've recently entered the wedding photography "biz", and I wanted a xanga page that would reflect that. | So, how has your Summer been, Ruel?
My
summer, you ask? It's been good. Actually, for the
first month or so, I took summer classes at De Anza. Despite
the stigma of summer school, that being the loss of actual summer
vacation time, I enjoyed it! Asian American Experience; I'll
tell you, it wasn't boring. I can even say, when summer
session ended, i missed going to class a bit.. Just a bit,
though, cause everyone (so I assume) needs a little
break. | |

What have you been up to?

What have I been
up to? Ok, so.. I've stayed out, yeah. I've
stayed in for sure. Enjoyed my friends, my family, my self,
and my dogs. I've been on a quest to mold my body into a work
of art, or at the very least a work of amateur attempt.
Haven't gone out of the country, but have been around the
state. I've seen some things I'll probably remember
forever..and things I'm still trying to forget. I don't
party. I also don't partake in alcoholic rituals, and I'm proud of
that. I've been doing "stuff", if that's what you want to
know. |
It's
been about a month and a half since your last photoblog.
Why
don't you update often?
Cause I
don't. Simply put, I don't always have pictures I'm
particularly fond of enough to post, or I just don't have pictures at
all. I once read somewhere that the secret to being a great
photographer is to never show the bad ones. Of course, what's
bad to me may be good to others, and what I think is great may be shit to
the rest of the world, but nonetheless, I post in due
time.
